Time robs Dharmaraja a win by Innings over St. Anthony’s

Dharmaraja batted well down the line to go past the 300-run mark and claim a sizeable lead over the Anthonians at Lake View yesterday.

Kavishka Dissanaike 68 (4x9-6x2) and Ruchira Pupulewatte set the pace with a big opening stand. Kavinda Ratnayake cashed in with an attacking 79 (4x4-6x2). Anthonian spinners Dilan Bandara and Uditha Mahindaratne captured four wickets each, while leggie Wijetunga had two.

Pulasthi Bandara (45) and Mohamed Aflar (31) had good knocks in the second innings. Pupulewatte displayed his all-round prowess with two wickets.
